Mondzo provides technology consulting, web development, mobile app development, AI solutions, and related digital services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mondzo, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mondzo and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
